It allows you to adjust the casting drag for the line used and the size of the lure, from large to ultra-light fine (plus and extra frictionless) and provides fantastic, hassle-free, automatic casting control with just one twist. Inside the Hagane's aluminum body (with ultra-light CI4+ side plates) is a combination of Micro Module Gear and X-SHIP. This provides the unmistakable smoothness known from Shimano baitcasting reels and enough power to defeat even the biggest predators in freshwater.
