If we are allowed to choose the parcel service provider, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order. From an order value of €39.00, we deliver free of shipping costs.
If you explicitly request delivery with DHL, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order. From an order value of €39.00, we deliver for €1.95.
For bulky goods that are to be shipped with DHL, we charge €12.90. From an order value of €39.00, we ship bulky goods with DHL for €9.95. Bulky goods are marked as such on the product.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1 - 2 days, and deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, provided that no other agreements have been made with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
