Sensitivity control:

In all sensitivity levels (except maximum sensitivity level), the cord must be moved a set distance in one direction within 2 seconds to trigger a beep. Any movement in the other direction within this time resets the sensor to zero. This drastically reduces false alarms caused by wind or water movement.

Tent light function - if the tent light function has been switched on via the switch on the back of the receiver, it will work as follows:

the bite indicator LEDs on the receiver will light up slightly less brightly so that the receiver does not become too bright during the active marquee light.
the marquee light only lights up when three signals are transmitted in quick succession, so that the marquee light does not light up continuously unnecessarily when there are line floats or false indications.
the marquee light only develops its full luminosity when further signals are transmitted continuously. If no further signals are received for more than 5 seconds, the marquee light slowly goes out again.
