Ich hatte einen Artikel bekommen an dem das Batteriefach defekt war. Nachdem ich das gemeldet habe bekam ich innerhalb von zwei Stunden eine Antwort. Es wurde sich für den Mangel entschuldigt und ich hatte nach 2 Tagen den neuen Artikel geliefert bekommen. Ich bin mit der Bearbeitung und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Kann Tackle-Deals zu 100 % weiter empfehlen. So einen Service hat man sehr selten.
