In the latest generation of the successful Exceler LT series DAIWA was able to design this series stronger and lighter than ever before by using the new Zaion V material. The extremely torsion-resistant Zaion V material offers an enormously improved torsional strength and reduced weight at the same time. The gearbox is permanently mounted in the reel body in a torsion-resistant manner and ensures optimum, silky-smooth running. The LT construction in combination with the Tough Digigear gear improves the retrieving power and power transmission and increases durability. The ATD drag ensures that the drag starts up without delay and offers enormous braking power. The longcast ABS spool made of air aluminium with optimized trailing edge reduces friction when casting and ensures better casting distances. The aluminum crank handle is screwed directly onto the reel body.
