The extensive Procaster Allround rod series from Daiwa includes the right rod for almost every local fish species and natural bait fishing method. The 5 - 30 g and 10 - 40 g models are ideal for light float fishing for trout or tench. A rod with a casting weight of 20 - 70 g or 40 - 110 g is the right choice when fishing for carp or predatory fish with large and heavy floats or with a ground lead rig. The slightly softer, semi-parabolic backbone of these models allows sensitive lures such as dough, baitfish, etc. to be cast sensitively over long distances - this can sometimes be decisive for the success of the lure presentation when fishing for trout, zander, eel and pike.
